Group sizes

We cater for all sized groups, however our specialty is smaller groups, where a more personalised experience ensures a great, memorable day at the more secluded and genuine sites of the Blue Mountains.

For larger groups, we recommend chartering two or more vehicles that can meet up at lunch and throughout the day, while still allowing flexibility and access to the more remote areas. We feel that larger vehicles and group sizes can sometimes jeopardise the personalised, relaxed ambience that we believe is so essential for a great day out. Large groups are also restricted to the larger access points only, where the experience can seem less personalised.

Work groups

Relax and get to know your work colleagues outside the office, with a beautiful setting! A Blue Mountains tour is a perfect environment in which to reward your team, giving everyone the chance to relax and unwind. We can arrange charters for work groups on a weekday or the weekend, picking you up at your work premises. Charter prices

Charter prices are based on a 10 hour charter period.

Prices exclude lunch, but we can suggest a range of fabulous lunch options to suit your group, and organise it all for you to ensure a smooth-running day.
